Athea
The 34MW 16 turbine Athea Wind Farm in West Limerick has been producing green energy since 2014.

The wind farm is located approximately 6km to the north of Abbeyfeale, close to the village of Athea.
Athea Wind Farm can power around 23,000 homes and mitigate around 28,000 tonnes of harmful carbon dioxide per annum.
