Last call for Beatrice Partnership funding

08 Apr 2021

There’s still time to submit applications to the Beatrice Partnership Fund which closes at 12 noon on Wednesday 28 April.

This is the final deadline for the £3m Fund, which has been operating since 2017 and has benefited groups and organisations on the east coast of Caithness and Sutherland as well as the coastal communities of Moray over the years.

Set up by Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm co-owners, the fund supports projects in northern Scotland that create opportunities for skills and employment; empower communities to be more resilient through long term social, environmental or economic improvements; or encourage meaningful regeneration to improve local infrastructure, landscape or heritage.

This final round of funding is worth £400k in the eligible Highland areas, with £200k available in Moray coastal communities.

The Beatrice Partnership Fund is looking to award individual grants of between £10k and £50k to groups who operate in these areas.
